3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced per qualified lead delivered:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Email Campaign Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Direct Outreach Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the following criteria:

• Have expressed genuine interest in your product or service
• Match your specified target demographic
• Have been verified through our qualification process
• Include accurate contact information

If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Use leads only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy of both our clients and the leads we generate. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

PlasmaBase.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website remain the property of PlasmaBase.tech. Clients may not use our proprietary methods or systems for their own lead generation activities.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
